Help Our Brother Randy After Hurricane Losses

NYC recently got hit pretty hard with Hurricane Ida, leaving hundreds of New Yorkers without personal property or home. Our fellow brother, EMT Randy Mercedes (Station 13), came home from work that night to his 4th floor apartment completely flooded and destroyed. The building's management has refused to help with any damage done, and he is struggling to find help to get back on his feet. Randy is currently in the most recent Paramedic Basic class through FDNY, furthering his career as a NYC Paramedic to help others in need. He has lost everything he owns, from clothes to textbooks to furniture and his own bed. I'm a classmate of Randy and he has a heart of gold. We want to do what we can to help him get back on track and provide him with clothes, food, essentials, whatever we can really. Anything you can to help, we appreciate it!
