I never imagined I would be writing something like this.

Our beloved cat, Enzo, was involved in a devastating accident and was found after being hit by a car. Seeing him lying there in pain, frightened and unable to move properly, was one of the most heartbreaking moments our family has ever experienced.

Enzo suffered a serious break to his front right paw and has needed immediate veterinary care. He is currently receiving treatment, but the surgery he urgently needs to repair his leg will cost £2,000.

As much as we wish we could cover everything ourselves, the unexpected cost is beyond what we can manage alone.

Enzo is not just a pet. He is family.

Enzo is an energetic , caring and loving family member. He is the older brother to our two younger cats, Luna and Milo, who have never spent this much time apart from him. Since Enzo has been away receiving treatment, the house feels empty. His brother and sister have become withdrawn and confused, constantly searching for him around the house, waiting in his favourite spots, and sleeping where he used to lie.

They don't understand why their big brother isn't home. Watching them look for him is heartbreaking.

Meanwhile, Enzo is fighting through pain and recovery. He deserves the chance to heal properly and return to the life he loves – chasing toys, curling up for cuddles, and being reunited with the family that misses him so much.

The past few hours have been emotionally exhausting. One moment, everything was normal, and the next, we were facing the possibility of losing a member of our family.

No animal deserves to suffer, and no family should have to worry whether they can afford the treatment that could give their beloved pet a chance at recovery.

Every donation, no matter how small, will go directly toward Enzo's surgery, veterinary treatment, medication, and recovery costs.
