Hey, everyone, our names are Jessica Sinclair and Julia Erler! If you haven't heard, our beloved best friend's (Meghan Macak) townhome caught on fire last night. They are still trying to figure out what happened, but it seems like a neighbor's garage may have been where it began. Meghan, her mom, and Julia were on their way to Savannah, GA for a mini vacation and to take time off from their busy nurse life schedule when she got the call. Unfortunately, since she hasn't seen it yet, we don't know how bad it actually is. But as you can see in the photo, her car is a completely ruined. The fire got to her kitchen and her bedroom which is upstairs. The reporters claimed it was pretty bad. Meghan just moved from Griffith into her first home in Crown Point less than a year ago. Meghan is an ICU nurse at Community Hospital in Munster, Indiana and let me tell you, this lady works her butt off and wears her heart on her sleeve. Meghan is one of the most positive people you will ever meet. When you are in her presence you are guaranteed laughs and smiles, so will you help us put a smile on hers? :)
We are writing to ask for any donation that you may be able to afford. The money raised will help with any insurance deductibles and any coverage not provided since she not only lost her home and her contents but her vehicle as well. We are extremely blessed for those of you who are able to make a contribution and cannot thank you enough. If you are not able to make monetary donations but are willing to help in another way, please feel free to reach out to Julia or I (Jessica) on Facebook and we will see what may need assistance once more details are confirmed. Thoughts and prayers are also welcomed. Again thank you all <3
