Update: We are incredibly grateful for the support we’ve received! Thanks to a generous donation from another source, we no longer need to raise the full original amount. To reflect this, we’ve adjusted our goal accordingly. We want to assure you that every donation we’ve received is still going directly toward medical expenses, and we appreciate each and every one of you for your kindness and generosity.
My Story:
Thank you for being a part of this journey with us!
Our dearest uncle, Boris Mullayev, son of Yurie and Khusni Mullayev, needs our community’s help. As a family, we have been supporting him physically, emotionally, and financially, but in these unfortunate circumstances, we are now turning to our strong and generous community for assistance.
Boris Mullayev, 63 years old, is a devoted father to three boys, the youngest being only 13 years old. He has always been the main provider for his family, working tirelessly as a barber. However, his health has been in severe decline due to heart and kidney failure. He is also diabetic and currently requires dialysis three times a week due to his kidney failure.
Boris resides in Arizona, where he has built a life for his family and worked hard to support them. Last summer, his condition took a tragic turn when he was rushed to the hospital after a major health crisis. His heart stopped, and thanks to the quick response of the hospital staff, he was resuscitated and saved. We were terrified, but at the same time, deeply grateful to God for this miracle.
Now, Boris is awaiting a heart surgery, with a kidney transplant to follow. Despite his deteriorating health, he still tries to work to cover his medical expenses and daily living costs, but dialysis and his physical condition prevent him from working full-time. His small business is suffering, and he is losing clients and income.
His wife, who has been his rock, is currently unemployed, dedicating herself to caring for him, driving him to appointments, and providing constant supervision—as dialysis is both physically and emotionally draining. The family has exhausted their savings while covering medical bills and basic living expenses.
Now, we turn to you—our Jewish community, our friends, and our extended family—to come together and help. We need to raise funds to cover Boris’s medical treatments, surgeries, and essential living expenses so he can focus on recovery instead of worrying about how to put food on the table.
Any amount you can contribute will make a difference. Please donate and share this campaign with others. Together, we can give Boris the fighting chance he deserves.
With deep gratitude,
