Help Our Beloved Korra Beat Mammary Cancer

My name is Ivette, I am Norman's girlfriend. Norman and I met in mist of COVID on Zoom Karaoke.

Norman is originally from Los Angeles. He moved to New Jersey almost two years ago.

Korra, his dog, was a gift for him and his brother from their parents. They got Korra in 2013 and she has gravitated to Norman ever since.

Korra is a 12 year old but still acts like a pup. She is a lovable Cali dog embracing the Jersey lifestyle. She enjoys meeting new dogs, loves the outdoors (except when it rains), goes crazy with her squeak toys and adores belly rubs.

In 2021, Korra was rushed to the hospital the day after thanksgiving due to pyometra. Years later, the vets say that this could have caused mammary masses in her mammary glands. She is desperately in need of mastectomy; a surgical removal of mammary glands due to the mammary masses found. This is a huge surgery and she will need it twice however she can only do one side at a time. Each side costs ~$4,000.

Norman is very grateful and happy to have Korra here with us in NJ because she makes him feel like a little bit of home is with him here. He loves here like he would any relative. In the last four years, I've also had the pleasure of taking care of her and have grown to love her as my own.
