Help Our Beloved Kiely Heal After a Devastating Car Accident

On May 28th, our world turned upside down when our beloved friend, daughter, and fighter, Kiely, was involved in a catastrophic head-on collision. The fact that she survived is nothing short of a MIRACLE — but the extent of her injuries is beyond what most of us can imagine.

Kiely sustained multiple life-altering injuries, including:

• A fractured right orbital bone

• A broken left clavicle

• Pulmonary contusions in both lungs

• A fracture dislocation of all fingers and the wrist on her right hand

• Tendon lacerations and fractures in her left hand

• A fractured T-10 vertebra

• Three pelvic fractures

• Multiple open fractures in her right femur and tibia

• Fractures in her right ankle and foot

• A torn right Achilles tendon

• Deep lacerations and broken toes in her left foot

• A large forehead and top of the head laceration and a cut to her right upper eyelid

Kiely is currently in inpatient rehab, learning to navigate daily life again. She’s undergoing intensive physical therapy, pain management, and multiple surgeries. Walking again is possible—but will take months of effort, strength, and an incredible amount of support. This accident also has required Kiely to move back home to New Mexico so that she can receive the rehab that she needs in the coming months.

Her medical costs are already overwhelming, and with the road to recovery just beginning, we anticipate her care and rehabilitation needs will surpass $250,000. We’re starting with a goal of $75,000 to help ease the burden and cover immediate medical expenses, equipment, and long-term care planning.
