Help our beloved Dog Nala get life saving surgery

Hello everyone, my name is Sebastian and I’m married to my lovely wife Paola, we have two beautiful daughters Mila and Abby. We also have two dogs that complete our family, Nala and Yogui and we need your help. Nala is a 9 year old shiatsu and was hit by a car last night and she will need surgery, we are devastated and want to save her life.
