Help Our Beloved Dog Casper Heal

Casper, our family dog was attacked by a pitbull and suffered serious injuries, deep gashes to his face and body. We took him the vet and they refused to treat him because we don't have the funds at this time to pay. He is at home and suffering and its pulling at our hearts cause we can't help him. The vet bill will be approximately $3,000 which include surgery and overnight stay. I am doing everthing I can, but cant cover it all on my own.
