I am the GM of Winchester Bar & Grill and I raising to support our employees, the people who have shown up for our community and made this business feel like home. After a recent storm flooded the Winchester Bar & Grill, everything inside was destroyed. Because of the damage, the business has to close while the building is cleaned out and restored. That means our staff is suddenly facing time without their regular work through no fault of their own, while also helping us through an incredibly difficult moment.

Every donation to this fundraiser will be divided among the employees to help cover their everyday expenses while they are unable to work. We are also doing what we can to pay staff for cleanup work during the closure, but we know they will still need support until we can reopen. Our team is truly incredible, and we want to do everything possible to retain them through this setback.
