I’m creating this GofundMe to help out my beautiful bandmate Omar.
A week ago, on Saturday evening July 30th, Omar was driving home following a show we had just played. As Omar was turning left to enter the freeway ramp, a car ran through the red light and hit him. Luckily my brother, Omar’s girlfriend, and I were very close around the area and managed to get there less than a minute or so after the collision. We all noticed that the driver who hit Omar was drunk. Omar spent almost a week in the hospital suffering from broken ribs, a fractured pelvis, internal bleeding in the liver, & pulmonary contusion.
We’ve created this GofundMe to help Omar out on his medical expenses, as well as rent, legal defense expenses & other essential things he might need.
