Our Online Programming Company "Ascend Athlete" continues a series of accomplishments by reaching the highest level of competing at the sport of Crossfit, The Crossfit Games, for the 4th year in a row.

This year we are presenting 3 athletes in 3 different divisions:

The Crossfit Games are being Hosted in Albany, NY, August 1st-3rd.
