Our youth 10u softball team is made up of amazing girls who are passionate about the sport and bring high spirits to every practice and game. As their coach, I see firsthand how much dedication, time, and effort they put in day in and day out. Unfortunately, all our equipment, bats, and training aids are old and outdated, and we haven’t had the funds to upgrade for a very long time. Every dollar we raise goes directly toward tournament fees and umpire costs, leaving nothing extra for the gear these players truly need.

New equipment and training aids would mean so much to these girls. Confidence is key, and having good gear will not only increase their potential and safety but also bring a shine to their faces. It’s inspiring to see how much they want to succeed, and I know that with the right tools, they’ll try even harder and reach new heights. These girls come from different backgrounds and each has their own story, but they share a love for softball and a desire to carry that confidence into other aspects of their lives.

This sport is more than just a game for them—it’s their way of life. They deserve a shot to be appreciated for all their hard work.
