Please help Oum with her battle against Cancer

I've recently found out one of my friends Oum has been battling cancer for over 4 years and needs some life-saving treatment after contracting a further illness after a stem cell transplant.

Some of you will already know Oum from her time at Northcliffe Newspapers, Oum’s now back in her home town of Chiangmai in Thailand where treatment is available but at a cost of £25,000. I intend to raise half of the money but will still need to raise £12,500.

Unfortunately, Oum’s life took an unexpected turn in 2019 when she underwent a life-saving stem cell transplant to fight against leukaemia. Grateful for the chance at a fresh start, her journey since then has been filled with obstacles, but none as persistent as chronic Graft-versus-Host Disease (GvHD).

In short, Oum needs some additional treatment for the GvHD and without it will die a slow painful death, so if you can help, even a small amount, you will be giving a lovely person a chance in life!
