Otto is a golden retriever who means everything to his owners, Rose and Frederick Passco. He’s a joyful, loving companion who brings happiness to everyone around him. Recently, Otto began suffering from seizures, which has been a frightening and overwhelming experience for both him and his family.

Right now, Otto is staying in the ICU at an animal hospital in Burlington, where he’s undergoing testing and trying new medications to get his seizures under control. The medical team is working hard to find the right treatment, but the costs are quickly adding up. Rose and Frederick are devoted to Otto’s care, but the expenses have become more than they can manage on their own.
