Dear friends and family,

I am heartbroken to share that my beloved two-year-old basset hound, Otis has been diagnosed with primary glaucoma, a painful condition where increased pressure in the eye damages the optic nerve, leading to loss of vision. Unfortunately, we foresee the difficult decision to proceed with surgery to remove his right eye, if he cannot regain his sight. This is a challenging time for us, but we are committed to ensuring his comfort and quality of life throughout his recovery.
