HELP OTF GRANDE PRAIRIE

I can’t say enough good things about Orange Theory Fitness Grande Prairie. It truly has changed my life for the better both physically and mentally since starting three years ago. I was able to stay on track at OTF because not only were the workouts amazing but the owners, Lindsay and Konrad and their wonderful trainers made it a place I looked forward to coming to everyday. Lindsay and Konrad have poured their whole lives into their business with the hopes of creating a workout family where people can come to enjoy fitness and reach their personal goals. They go above and beyond to encourage you, help you and support you in any possible way that they can. They truly have helped out their OTF family more times than I can count and now it’s our turn to help them! Times have been tough with government shut downs and small businesses like OTF Grande Prairie are struggling to stay afloat. Let’s come together and do what we can to support Lindsay and Konrad through these difficult times so that our OTF family can come together once again and go ALL OUT . 

I know that times are tough right now, but if we are able to come together as community and donate what we can, I know that we can help them get the entire OTF family back into the studio when restrictions are lifted!
