Oso is my 6-month-old dog, and he’s become a true member of our family. He’s incredibly smart, knows multiple tricks, and is always friendly with everyone he meets. After I went through homelessness and worked hard to get my life back on track, Oso has brought so much joy and hope to our home. We’ve put all our time and energy into him, and he’s become like a human to us.

Recently, Oso was diagnosed with an intestinal blockage and needs emergency surgery. Our local vet quoted a price that is far more than we can afford. To try to save him, I’m surrendering him to the SPCA for surgery at a lower price, hoping they’ll be able to help and return him to us. Any donations would definitely help us, as we’ve just gone through a big financial burden. I’m putting all my money toward Oso’s surgery, and if needed, I’ll sell anything I have to make up the difference. Right now, we’re relying solely on donations to make this happen.

Oso means the world to us, and I would spend every dollar I have to help him. I know it’s a lot to ask for help, but anything you can give will make a difference. We have pet insurance for the future, but this incident isn’t covered. God bless everyone, and please, we need your help if you have it.
