Oshkosh West Forensics had six students compete and qualify for the Grand National tournament in Washington, D.C. from May 22 to 24! While this site will provide additional opportunities, such as the Smithsonian museums, the expenses are much higher to make it there and back, so the team could use financial support to help with travel and lodging expenses.

As the team grows, they remain a close, supportive group, working hard from November to May on speech and performance to show what Oshkosh West can do. In Saturday tournaments from mid-January to mid-April, the team and individual students have all brought home awards, including placing 6th in D1 at State, bringing home an award for the first time in two decades!

Because this is a national competition, students have to raise the funds to attend, and any support will go a long way.

Copper Hall is hosting an in-person event on Friday, May 8th from 5:00 to 9:00 PM. Come enjoy an evening of refreshments and entertainment as the team performs their award-winning pieces throughout the evening.
