Our friend and coworker, Oscar, is facing one of life’s hardest challenges. His wife, Idalia, has been bravely battling cancer since April of 2025, and is currently in intensive care. Oscar is taking time away from work to continue this fight and be with his family during this trying time.

Oscar is passionate and dedicated to his work as a superintendent at RES. Week after week, he makes major sacrifices being away from his family to ensure projects are completed successfully. With the passion he shows for his career, one can only imagine that the dedication and love he has for his family far exceeds it.

As a team, we want to come together to support Oscar and his family during this heartbreaking time. The financial burdens of medical expenses, travel, and time away from work add tremendous stress on top of an already overwhelming situation.

This fundraiser is meant to help ease that burden and allow Oscar to focus on what truly matters: his family. Every dollar raised will go directly to Oscar and Idalia, so they can spend their time together without the added weight of financial worries.
