Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out because my dog Oscar needs urgent surgery after being diagnosed with a cruciate ligament rupture in his knee.

He’s an active, happy dog, but right now he’s struggling to put weight on his leg and is clearly in pain, even with medication.

Oscar is a Romanian rescue who found his way to me and chose our family as his own. He’s honestly the most loving, mischievous dog — always chasing squirrels, full of life, and adored by so many people who know him.

We just want that life for him to continue.

The recommended surgery will give him the best chance at getting back to himself, but the costs are high and my insurance only covers a portion, leaving a large amount to fund.

I hate asking, but I want to give him the best chance possible. Any help — even just sharing this — would mean everything to us.
