Help Oscar Run and Play Again: Your Support Means Everything

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out today because my beloved fur baby, Oscar, needs your help. Oscar came into my life during a difficult time when my father passed away, and he has been my loyal and loving companion ever since. At 11 years old, he still has so much life and energy left in him.

A few months ago, Oscar tore the ACL in his right hind leg. Despite his age, I knew he still had plenty of playful years ahead, so I made the decision to proceed with knee surgery. Oscar came through with flying colors, bouncing back to his happy, active self. But just as I was celebrating his recovery, tragedy struck again—his left hind leg’s ACL has now torn, leaving him in significant pain.

Unfortunately, Oscar's insurance was maxed out on his first surgery, and they won't cover another one until next year. But Oscar can't wait that long! The thought of him enduring months of pain is unbearable, especially as he’s getting older.

To make matters more challenging, I was laid off from my job in July and am currently unable to afford the surgery he desperately needs. That’s why I’m turning to you—my friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers. I’m asking for your help to give Oscar the chance to live his best life, pain-free and full of joy.
