Help Oscar Recover from FIP

Donation protected
Hi everyone, Olivia (KR and Gina’s daughter) here! Let me start by saying this: just like for so many other families, 2020 was so hard for my family and I. Besides the obvious, we had to say goodbye to three of our family members. Our beloved 15 year old pug Chester, our 16 year old cat Ping, and TJ and I’s 4 year old dog, Vader. A bright spot in my parents year was adopting two kittens, brothers Oscar and Felix, who are now just over a year old. Saying they are attached at the hip is putting it lightly. Early last month, Oscar was diagnosed with feline infections peritonitis. Feline infectious peritonitis (FIP) is a viral disease caused by a feline coronavirus that affects wild and domestic cats. This type of coronavirus is different from the coronavirus that causes COVID-19 in people. FIP is 100% fatal when left untreated. There is a treatment available that costs roughly $2000. The treatment is considered a cure. I would have spent every last dime I had on treatment for Vader if there was a cure for his lymphoma, and if you have a fur baby, you understand. Please help my amazing parents and Felix keep Oscar around.
