Oscar Lugo is the father-in-law of one of my most loyal employees, and he lives in Venezuela. Right now, Oscar is facing a critical health challenge—he urgently needs open heart surgery. His family, especially his son-in-law and wife, care deeply for him but simply do not have the means to help cover the cost of this life-saving procedure.
