Hope for Oscar – Our Brave Little Fighter
Just a few short weeks ago, 3-year-old Oscar was a cheeky, happy, and healthy little boy — full of energy, laughter, and love for life.
Four weeks later, our world changed forever. Oscar was diagnosed with Diffuse Midline Glioma (DMG), a rare and aggressive form of brain cancer. The tumour is large, inoperable, and located on his brain stem — affecting the way he walks and moves.
In the last three weeks alone, our brave boy has already undergone two brain surgeries, facing every challenge with incredible courage and strength beyond his years.
This devastating diagnosis has come as a huge shock to Oscar’s loving parents, Katie and Dylan who are doing everything they can to stay strong for him, and to his whole family who are doing everything they can to support him. Oscar is also a proud big brother to baby Willow, and shares a beautiful bond with his best friend and cousin, Frankie, who is the same age.
Doctors have told us that Oscar’s prognosis is 12 months, and he will soon begin an intensive run of radiotherapy treatment 5 days a week for 6 weeks to give him the best chance possible.

What We’re Raising Funds For
We want to give Oscar and his family the chance to create beautiful, lasting memories together — moments filled with love, laughter, and light in such a dark and heartbreaking time.
Funds raised will go towards:
• Helping the family create special memories and experiences together
• Covering the costs of frequent hospital trips and treatment appointments
• Supporting the family with travel, accommodation, and living expenses during this incredibly difficult journey
⸻
Why Your Support Matters
No family should have to face something like this — especially not for a child so young and full of life. Every donation, no matter how small, will help Oscar’s family focus on what truly matters: spending precious time together and making every moment count.
By donating, sharing, or even just sending words of support, you’re helping give Oscar’s family time — time to make memories, time to smile, and time to hold onto hope.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for helping us make every moment count for our brave little boy. Together, we can help Oscar and his family find hope, comfort, and joy in the days ahead.
