Help Oscar get life changing treatment

Donation protected
This is Oscar, he is one of 3 wonderful triplets, He was born 10 weeks early and weighed only 1lb 3 ounces.

Life has not been easy for Oscar as he suffered a bleed in his brain that the doctors believed he would not survive.  He also suffered from a Hole in his heart requiring him to spend the first 7 months of his life on oxygen.  His liver didn't work properly and neither were his thyroid or Pituitary Gland.

He has been fighting so far and his lungs, liver and heart are now in perfect shape and his hormones are under control via medication..

Oscar biggest challenge now is the after effects of the bleed in his brain.

He has developed a condition called Periventricular leukomalacia  or PVL for short. This means that the bleed has damaged the part of his brain that controls motor control, speech and possible cognitive abilities and results in Cerebral Palsy of one form or another .

As a result of this, his arms and legs are stiff and he has cortical visual impairment, meaning he cannot see very well. So he is unable sit up, or play with toys or really interact with his siblings or us.  The prognosis is unclear on what the future holds for him, he is a fighter though and continues to exceed doctors expectations.

Unfortunately there is currently no accepted treatment available in this country either on the NHS or Privately, only support for the symptoms.

The only treatment available that addresses the damage and not just the symptoms is a course of stem cell therapy.

A treatment program is available in Thailand but it is extremely expensive ~ £28,000 ( plus flights makes it 30k )

The 3 week treatment plan involves a course of stem cell injections and nerve growth factors. Plus complimentary treatments of transcranial magnetic therapy,  hyperbaric oxygen therapy, physical therapy and if required some acupuncture.

Specialists have reviewed his case and have accepted him for treatment once he turns one in February.

I am therefore asking if you can help him get treatments that will be able to drastically improve his quality of life and hopefully will give him a good chance of a normal life.
