Oryah is 19 and moved to Colorado last year for college. She has been taking classes and working full time, including her new role as Social Media Guru at at an ophthalmologists. Those who know her, know her kindness, humor and playfulness and love of design, fashion, staying active and being in nature.

A couple of weeks ago, she was cliff jumping and landed in a very unlucky way and broke two vertebrae while visiting her boyfriend’s family in Austin, Texas. After intensive surgery and an extended hospital stay, we are happy to say she will thankfully be able to make a full recovery with a year of careful, hard work.

As she focuses on her recovery, she will have to step back from work and school and will need all the friends and family support she can receive. As you can imagine, surgery and a week hospital stay accrued some hefty bills that will not be fully covered by her insurance. To help take the financial stress out of her recovery, we’re asking friends and family to chip in what they can.
