Help Orwell

I was at the westbank dog park yesterday and my 4 month old puppy was attacked by a pack of dogs. While I was attending to my bleeding puppy the owner of the dogs ran away. He is in hospital with a broken leg and torn tendon in so much pain. I am currently on disability for PTSD as a first responder. I will do anything for the little guy but I am not sure how I will come up with that quantity of money on such short notice so I’m putting my metaphorical tail between my legs and asking for help. Anything you can spare to get my little guy through this is appreciated.
