Mi nombre es Noellyn González y hoy quiero pedirles apoyo para un amigo muy querido, Orlando Silva, quien fue detenido por ICE el pasado 6 de febrero. Desde entonces, ha estado atravesando un proceso largo, difícil y lleno de incertidumbre.
Ya han pasado más de dos meses y, lamentablemente, los recursos económicos se han agotado. Los gastos legales son muy elevados y aún existe la posibilidad de tener que cubrir una fianza para poder ayudarlo a salir y continuar su proceso en libertad.
Orlando es una persona maravillosa: un hijo amoroso, un hermano incondicional, un esposo dedicado y un amigo leal. Siempre ha estado presente para quienes lo rodean, brindando cariño, apoyo y alegría. Además, forma parte de la comunidad LGBTQ+, y como muchos, enfrenta este proceso lejos de la estabilidad y protección que merece.
Hoy acudimos a ustedes con el corazón en la mano. Cualquier aporte, por pequeño que sea, hace una gran diferencia y nos acerca un paso más a poder ayudarlo en este momento tan difícil.

Orlando is a wonderful person: a loving son, a devoted husband, a caring brother, and a loyal friend. He has always been there for those around him, offering kindness, support, and joy. He is also part of the LGBTQ+ community and, like many others, is facing this situation without the stability and protection he deserves.
Today, we reach out with open hearts. Any contribution, no matter how small, can make a meaningful difference and bring us one step closer to helping him through this very difficult time.
