Hi folks.

As you know, I was laid off back in August and have been searching for a new job ever since. This job market is the worst I've ever seen, and connections that have typically helped me find something new fast have all but dried up. I haven't given up hope on finding a new job, but bills are still coming in and I've exhausted my savings and my unemployment.

So, I'm reaching out to friends, family, and anybody else to help me cover my monthly bills as I continue my job search. Even finding a part time job to cover bills has been unprecedentedly difficult, and gig work just isn't what it used to be. I'm not proud to be at this moment, but that's the situation.

While the job search has been tough, it hasn't been hopeless. I have confidence that I can and will find something. And if I do, I will end this gofundme once the paychecks start coming in. But in the meantime, if you can help me out during this difficult period or share with people who are sympathetic, I'd greatly appreciate it.
