My name is Latoya, and I’m reaching out for help for my beloved shih tzu, Oreo. He’s four years old and has been my first fur baby, bringing so much joy and love into my life. This past Sunday, I took Oreo to the vet for what I thought was a minor anal gland issue. To my shock, the vet discovered a tumor that could be cancerous, and now Oreo needs surgery as soon as possible.

Hearing that news was heartbreaking. Oreo is more than just a pet—he’s family. I want to do everything I can to save him and make sure he gets the care he needs, but the cost of surgery and treatment is more than I can manage on my own.
