Oreo has been my baby since I was seven years old. She’s a 16-year old Chihuahua and the happiest little dog in the world. She's kind to every person she meets and never wants to be alone. She still gets zoomies, wants to play, launches herself onto my bed, and runs in circles when she gets to go on a walk.

Recently, Oreo was diagnosed with severe gum disease. She needs a lifesaving dental extraction to have a chance at living comfortably in her senior years, without the risk of infection spreading to her bones, organs, and brain. I was quoted $3,000 and recommended to try to schedule the surgery within the next month. The cost of the surgery is overwhelming, and I want to do everything I can to help her feel less pain and spend her remaining years in comfort.

I am embarrassed to ask for help, but I need help. Any contribution, no matter the size, would mean the world to me to help Oreo get the care she needs. Thank you for reading my story and for considering helping my sweet girl.

Update: Oreo has been approved to undergo anesthesia! She is currently in Stage B1 heart disease and is not currently in need of heart medication. It is now confirmed that the ONLY funding needed is for the surgery!
