I've had Oreo since he was a kitten, and he's been with me for 16 years. It breaks my heart to see him struggle with his health. Over the past month, his condition escalated quickly—he went from being a playful, loving cat to facing serious health issues. The vets suspected cancer, and he was definitely diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, kidney issues, and possible liver problems. I’ve racked up vet bills, doing everything I could to give him comfort and care.

Unfortunately, I recently lost my job and am looking for full-time work while working as much part-time as I can so I can still cover my rent and bills, which has made it incredibly difficult to keep up with Oreo’s medical expenses. Now, I need to cover the costs for his euthanasia and cremation, which is another unexpected expense. I’ve had to borrow money from friends and family just to make sure Oreo gets the dignified farewell he deserves, including a wooden box and a clay ornament to remember him by.
