Greetings!

As Oracle Theatre Company kicks off its first show, we are kindly asking for support to help bring The Tragedy of Julius Caesar to life. Your support will go towards the cost of rehearsal space, costumes, props, set pieces, and the performance stage! The show will be commencing at Main Street Creative Arts Center on March 13th – 15th 2026.

Anyone who donates will be eligible to have their name put in the program as our special thanks from us to you!

Curious to know more? Here is a note about the show from the directors:

Our goal with this production is not just to entertain, but also to provoke thought amongst the audience regarding their own human nature and their role in society. We’re immensely intrigued by the various themes of Julius Caesar, particularly the ideas of how far you’d be willing to go to take a stand for what you believe in and the consequences of those actions. We’re also interested in exploring the dangers of division, which we feel is particularly relevant given the current political climate.

While we will remain true to the original text, we’ve made the decision to set our production of Julius Caesar in Rome, Georgia across several eras of America’s history. Our goal for this production is to hold a mirror to society, showcasing how the show’s themes can be applied to anyone, anywhere, anytime, and how easily history can repeat itself if we’re not careful.
