After I was unexpectedly hospitalized, my beloved cat Ophelia found herself trapped and held at the local animal shelter. With my health uncertain and my prospects for discharge slim, I have been deeply worried about her well-being and future. Ophelia has been my constant companion, offering comfort and love through every challenge, and it breaks my heart to think of her alone and scared.

Thankfully, a longtime friend in Ohio has stepped forward and offered to adopt Ophelia, giving her a safe and loving home. As a handicapped single elderly woman, I want to do everything I can to ensure Ophelia’s journey is safe and her future secure.
