Help Open Roads and Deliver Supplies to NC Towns
Hey family! My wife and I are living in Eastern NC and are trying to help with the efforts to assist the families affected by Hurricane Helene in western NC. We are doing a grocery drop at our church in Surf City regularly starting this week to send supplies up to through a ministry coordinating efforts. I am also personally trying to assemble and coordinate a team to get to the mountains with equipment in form of a skid steer or side by side to get roads open so people can evacuate and or get supplies. There are so many smaller towns absolutely devastated and cut off entirely from supply runs from FEMA and big non profits. We are trying to target towns that our local people have families in without support like Black Mountain, Spruce Pine, and as many as we can help along the way. All donations will go towards supporting any and all operations to the mountains to open roads and take life saving supplies to men, women children and families in desperate need. We are not going to go to towns with big support in we are looking to hit all the forgotten mountain towns. Any and all support in any way is greatly appreciate by myself, family, team and the towns we are aiming to support. Any amount leftover will be donated to The Gathering church in Surf City, NC in support of relief efforts. Thank you!!
