My name is Erica Crooms, I'm the Founder of Cherry Blossom Lounge. The idea of creating a female-centric space originated a few years ago once I realized that there was a gap in the market- no spaces for the every woman to simply unwind. I've spent my entire career in Human Resources. It afforded me an opportunity to witness first-hand the weight that women carry in every aspect of life. What I noticed for myself and others were the little moments of me time that were most appreciated.

My goal is to create a space for the women that carry the weight of the world and deserve to put it down.

The Vision

Cherry Blossom Lounge is a one-of-a-kind wine and book lounge designed specifically for women—an elegant escape where calm, connection, and curated experiences come together. Inspired by the timeless beauty of chinoiserie and the need for peaceful “third spaces,” we’re building a place where women can pause, sip, reflect, and reconnect.

Why This Matters

Women are often pulled in every direction—with few places to simply be. Most social spaces require appointments or obligations. Cherry Blossom Lounge offers something rare: a space of serenity without expectation—where beauty, books, and wine nurture the spirit. This will be the first space of its kind in Plano, TX—and we’re so close to opening our doors.
