Hello lovely villagers and dog lovers near and far!! xx

I’ve recently taken on the rental of a local field belonging to a Children’s Charity since 1745 offering £100 grants to young people in Kislingbury to further their education.

I’ve now been given permission to turn the field into a secure dog walking field, giving local dogs a safe space to run and play while also helping this charity thrive.

I’ve pledged that once the business is up and running, the Margaret Welsh Charity will receive £2,000 a year – more than triple their previous income from the land!

But before any paws can hit the ground… we’ve hit a hurdle!!!

What We Need:

The Highways authority requires the field entrance to be widened to 5.5m and surfaced with 10m of tarmac. The cost of this work is approximately £15,000 — a significant sum for a small startup like mine.

I will apply for a match-funding grant from West Northamptonshire Council, but the funds need to be raised upfront before they can release their contribution. The total cost of the project is approximately £29,000.

So I’m asking for your help to get us across the line and get this field open.
