Meet Opal, a 17-year-old Appaloosa mare who has endured more than her share of hardship. With a Body Condition Score of just 1–2, Opal arrived at Gospel Gait Stables severely underweight and in urgent need of basic care to regain her health and comfort.

Despite her condition, Opal remains incredibly gentle and kind — a true testament to her spirit. Now, she needs our help to get the chance she so deeply deserves.
