Onyx has been by my side through so many ups and downs, and now he needs help more than ever. He’s only 4 years old, and it breaks my heart to see him face such a big challenge so young. Recently, Onyx was diagnosed with cataract in one eye, and it’s been heartbreaking to watch him struggle with his vision. He’s always been such a lively, loving companion, and seeing him lose some of that spark has been really tough for both of us.

The recommended treatment is surgery and ongoing medication, which will give Onyx the best chance to regain his sight and enjoy life to the fullest again. As a 22-year-old in my last year of college, the financial burden of these medical expenses is overwhelming. Onyx isn’t just a dog to me—he’s truly like a son, and I want to do everything I can to help him heal and stay happy.
