Help ons team naar het WK in Amerika

6 april stapt The Pride of The Netherlands in het vliegtuig naar het WK -> WGI World Championships, here we come! Een bijzondere kans voor de groep die Nederland daar mag gaan vertegenwoordigen. Winter guard (of zoals wij het noemen ‘vlaggen in de gymzaal’) is niet zo'n grote sport in Nederland als bijvoorbeeld in de Verenigde Staten, waardoor we geen financiële steun krijgen vanuit de overheid. Daarom moeten wij onze deelname aan het WK volledig zelf betalen. Helaas zijn het dure tijden en is de oversteek niet gratis. Wil jij ons helpen? Alle kleine beetjes helpen!

The Pride of The Netherlands has the opportunity to compete at the WGI World Championships in America in April 2023. How cool is that! The last couple of years we - 27 members and 6 staff members (coaches) - have trained hard to prepare for this event. Winter guard is not as big a sport in the Netherlands as it is in the United States, so we do not receive financial support from the government. Therefore we have to pay the full amount by ourselves. The expenses are high, especially nowadays, it comes down to about € 1850,- ($1922,-) per person. That includes traveling to and in America, hotels, food and many more costs. May we ask you for a donation towards our trip? Even the smallest amount can make a big difference! On behalf of our members, thank you so much!
