Hi, my name is Ono
I’m a 10-year-old English bulldog, and not long ago I was diagnosed with cancer (lymphoma). Despite this difficult news, I’m still the same happy boy who loves cuddles, snacks, and naps next to my parents, Jonah and Abi.
The best news is that I've been responding well to my first chemotherapy sessions. With every treatment, I'm getting the chance to enjoy more mornings of belly rubs, more afternoons watching the world from my favourite spot, and more nights sleeping close to my parents.
So far, my parents have already spent over $15,000 between ophthalmologists, hospitals, medicines, three chemotherapy sessions, and oncologist visits.
My treatment plan includes 15 chemotherapy sessions in total and possibly surgery to remove one of my eyes, because of the tumor growing behind it. We still have 12 more chemotherapy sessions ahead and the surgery, which means around $14,500 more in medical costs.
But the medicine and hospital visits are very expensive, and ti's hard for my parents to cover all the costs on their own.
That’s why I’m asking for help. Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward my treatments and give me more time with the people who love me the most. If you can’t donate, even sharing my story would mean the world.
Thank you for helping me keep fighting. My spirit is strong, and my heart is big and full of love.
With love,
Ono
