Help On The Way for Jay Budd
Donation protected
Hello friends and fam,
We are reaching out in a an effort to get some “help on the way” to our good friend, Jay Budd, who recently suffered a serious accident while at work. As many of you know, Jay is self-employed and has been building, roofing, and repairing homes and decks and cottages for over 25 years. Sadly, a recent fall from a roof left him with a shattered shoulder, requiring a grueling 9-hour surgery to repair the extensive damage.
Though the surgery was successful, the road ahead will be long and we hope to help Jay from “going down the road feelin’ bad”.
Whether it's lending a helping hand, sharing a laugh, or crafting something “built to last”, Jay does it all with a smile and with Jerry sailing through the air as the soundtrack to his life (and our neighbors if working outside during the summer months). We hope we can “turn on our lovelight” and help him through this challenging time as best as we can.
While Jay is recovering with the love, care, and support of his partner, Michelle, he faces a long road ahead and will be out of work for the foreseeable future. We are asking for your help during these challenging times to ensure he can manage his expenses in the coming "days, and days between."
Thank you for any support you can offer, whether it’s a donation or simply sharing this page with others who may want to contribute. Every little bit helps as Jay works toward healing and getting back to a normal routine.
Thank you for taking the time to read this, and for any support you can provide. Let’s rally together to give Jay the strength he needs to “get back to where he belongs”.
“The wheel is turning and you can't slow down,
You can't let go and you can't hold on,
You can't go back and you can't stand still,
If the thunder don't get you then the lightning will.
Won't you try just a little bit harder,
Couldn't you try just a little bit more?” RH
Thank you for your time and generosity,
We are Grateful ⚡️
