Our Omni Nearshore family is facing one of the most heartbreaking moments in our country's history. Hurricane Melissa tore through our beautiful Island with devastating force, leaving many of our dedicated employees without homes, belongings, and the sense of security every family deserves.

Our people who show up every day with commitment, resilience, and heart. They are customer service agents, supervisors, support teams, and everyday heroes who keep our operations thriving. Now, many of them are struggling to pick up the pieces of what’s left of their lives.

Despite the overwhelming loss, our employees continue to show incredible courage—some even returned to support operations while dealing with unimaginable personal hardship.
