On July 2017, Omar Medina was diagnosed with colorectal cancer. Our family was devastated, and with his health rapidly deteriorating, his cancer soon spread to his liver and his prognosis looked grim. However, we are determined to override that prognosis so that Omar continues being a lighthouse for his family. We, the Medina family and friends, are asking to help Omar Medina not lose that light or hope. We currently have exhausted most medical options, and it goes without saying, it has been costly.
