Help Omar Survive and Rebuild His Life in Gaza

Hello! My name is Mari, and I'm based out of Salt Lake City, Utah. I'm helping to raise funds for my friend Omar Al-Shareef in Gaza. Omar has spent most of the war focusing on helping others, volunteering his time to distribute food, water, and supplies, as well as helping to recover martyrs and injured people from the rubble after bombings. I met Omar through Instagram where Omar has a significant following and regularly posts about events in Gaza and Nuseirat, where he lives. After weeks of checking in daily and getting to know Omar, and watching as he continued to selflessly help others while losing relatives and friends, I agreed to create this campaign for him so that he can rebuild his life in Gaza after the war.

Here's Omar's story, in his own words:

Hello, my name is Omar, and I’m 27 years old, from Gaza, Palestine. After enduring nearly a year of this difficult war that has destroyed everything, I am hoping you will help me. I am collecting donations to be able to endure this war and eventually rebuild my future and my home.

I’ve lost many friends and family members, including my brother, who was martyred early in the war. On top of this, daily survival has become extremely expensive, with goods being resold at astronomical prices. I need your help to survive and have hope for my future.
