My name is Omar Khwytar, a young man who grew up in a family full of hope and dreams. I’ve always loved music and basketball, spending hours training with my friends at the club. During quiet moments, playing the piano was my refuge; my way of expressing myself, releasing my emotions, and sometimes, my only escape from the noise of life around me.

But one day, everything changed.

In a single moment, the war took from me what I never imagined I could lose my hand. I was injured during a heavy bombardment by the occupation, and since then, I’ve become unable to practice my passions.

It wasn’t just the loss of a limb…

It was the loss of a dream, an identity, and a future.

Today, I am disabled and I’m asking for your help to get a prosthetic electronic arm, which costs 70,000 euros. That’s why I created this campaign.
