Hi, My name is Kirsty. I am from the UK, and a group of us are helping to raise funds for the people on the ground. currently, I am supporting Omar and his family. I've known this family for a long time now, a few months into the atrocities happening. We video call every day, in constant contact, I also offer emotional support, and a listening ear, help to set up GFM and social media campaigns, get families seen, and get donations to stay alive.

I have started this GFM for the family I am supporting, I speak to the family every day and we know each other right down to the names of our animals and our favorite things. Omar who is 18 has a brother called Musa who is 12, he is a typical cheeky boy, with dreams and goals to achieve in life much like Omar. They have a baby brother called Ziad who is 4 months old, such a beautiful baby. Their mother Iman and father Sameh are doing everything they can to feed and clothe their children but conditions on the ground make this incredibly expensive and difficult. A 1kg bag of flour is costing between $60 - $100 BABY MILK IS 75 U.S DOLLARS!

Things are so expensive, the cold is moving in. colder every night. Not enough warm clothing or blankets to keep warm through the night. Not enough water to drink or food to eat.

It is so important to me that I do all I can for this beautiful family. I love this family like my own, Omar, Musa, and Ziad are my kids too. I will fight for them until my last breath. They deserve help. They are innocent!

Every single penny raised will go straight to Omar and his family. The money will be used for emergency aid, food, and clothing, and then hopefully it will help them to escape!
