Olivier “Ollie” was born the day after Christmas in 2025—truly a miracle baby. He and his brother Maui were adopted and officially became part of our family on March 28, 2026. From the very beginning, Ollie has been the sweetest, most cuddly little boy. He’s struggled early on, weighing only 2 lbs at 3 months old. We’ve tried countless food options to help him gain weight, but instead, he continued to decline. At 4 months old, he now weighs just 1 lb 9 oz. While his brother Maui is growing and thriving, our sweet Ollie has been fighting his own battle.
This morning, we found Ollie in a covered pet bed he had never used before—limp, barely breathing, and completely exhausted. His dad rushed him to the ER, where we learned Ollie was in shock. His blood sugar and temperature were too low to even register, and his heart rate had dropped into the 70s—dangerously low for a kitten. He is now receiving IV fluids, nutrition, and dextrose boluses, and we are praying for his recovery. Ollie may need to remain in the ICU for several days, and with everything we’ve already done to support him at home, we’re now facing an unknown length of critical care.
We are reaching out to friends, family, and anyone who feels led to help support Ollie during this time. Every donation, share, and prayer means the world to us as we fight for our baby boy. Thank you for loving Ollie with us.
