Ollie was born February 2, 2021. He has been with us since April and has been a very loved dog to me and my girlfriend. On August 16, we noticed he had minor cold symptoms. As the week went by he stopped eating and drinking water and we noticed he was not okay. We tried forcing him to drink and he would throw it all back out. We thought he might have ate something to make him sick. On the following Friday we went to the vet to get him checked out. They did X rays and blood work and couldn’t come to a conclusion. As we were about to leave he squatted and defecated a puddle of blood. They ran a parvo test which resulted positive. We are trying to get him as much treatment as possible so he could survive this deadly virus. All we could currently afford is at-home treatment as hospitalization costs $500 per night, where they medicate him and put him on an IV. Anything helps and thank you for reading our story!
