Final Update- Sweet Oliver has crossed over the rainbow bridge.. we did everything we could for him Thank you so much to everyone for all of the support, kindness and prayers. UPDATE 3- Back on the road to the ER. Oli still isn’t doing well and no pee.

UPDATE 2- Olli underwent a 2nd surgery late last night. He became obstructed once again. The vet team had to go back in and drain his bladder again which costed another $800. Option 2 was to keep him over night but at the cost of $3500 which unfortunately is not within budget. If this flush doesn’t work and he still becomes obstructed, we have to make the difficult decision to put him down. We are praying so hard that he is no longer obstructed. Olli boy is being so strong

UPDATE- We took Olli home after surgery in hopes after the unblockage that he would pee. But unfortunately, he has not peed and being as we are approaching the 7 hour mark, time is not in our favour. Currently on route back to the hospital. Thank you everyone.

Hi everyone, my brother and my sister in law could really use your help.

We’re reaching out during an incredibly difficult time. Their sweet cat, Oliver, is in urgent need of emergency surgery after suffering a life-threatening urinary blockage — a condition that, without immediate treatment, can lead to kidney failure and even death within 24 hours.

Early this morning, he began showing signs of distress and was rushed to the vet. He is currently in severe pain and has been diagnosed with a full urinary blockage. The only option to save his life is emergency intervention, including catheterization, hospitalization, and surgery, which comes with a hefty cost we weren’t prepared for.

Olli is more than a pet — he’s family. He’s brought so much love, laughter, and comfort into our lives, and we can’t imagine losing him like this. We have built an amazing cat lover community and I’m hoping we can pull together and help them in this desperate time of need. Any amount you’re able to contribute will go directly toward his vet bills, medications, and recovery care.
